Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a passion for customer service. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
