Job Description:

The 'Legal' Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Receptionist will also assist with various administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanour.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
• Provide administrative support to staff as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Additional Details:

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a law firm (desirable)
