The Role

We are an established financial advising firm, looking to appoint a friendly and organised receptionist to our growing team on either a full or part-time basis.

Your main duties will be answering the phones and opening, scanning, and dispatching mail. Your contribution will be vital to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, taking accurate messages and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Open, scan and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required.
