Salary: up to £26,000 depending on experience
Hours: full time, 35 hours, office based
This super law firm is seeking a LEGAL SECRETARY in their Sheffield office to assist in the Commercial Property department on a full-time basis. This would be an ideal position for someone with legal secretarial experience within Property law although any legal experience will be considered. This legal secretarial role is varied, and your duties will include:
- Audio typing/ Digital dictation (BigHand)
- Amending, formatting and editing documents
- Case administration
- Compliance and AML procedures
- Client care including answering calls and emails, dealing with queries.
- General administration including file management.
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is required as well as being competent with IT and having fast and accurate typing skills. You must be able to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team.
