Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next great opportunity? I am currently working alongside a solicitors based in Liverpool who are hoping to add a motivated, enthusiastic Personal Injury Legal Secretary to their team!
Responsibilities - Legal Secretary
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court hearings
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings
- Manage attorney calendars and deadlines
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary working within a Personal Injury department
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
