Legal Secretary

Full Time Perm role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and offers a salary of £22-25k per annum. 
  
An established firm based in the Leamington area are hiring for a full time permanent Legal Secretary.
We would like to hear from candidates for the Legal Secretary role who:

• Have experience as Legal Secretary or legal pa
• An excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing workload and working towards deadlines 
• Flexible approach to working 

Key duties of the Legal Secretary role Include:

• General administration support to the solicitors.
• Meeting and greeting clients/visitors
• Handling incoming calls and emails form clients/stakeholders. 
• Opening and closing files.
• Supporting colleagues with file opening and closing. 
• Preparing and amending documentation for solicitors.
• Ad-hoc admin duties.
