A fantastic opportunity has become available for a leading and well-established company within the Dudley area for a Legal Secretary. The successful candidate will have experience working in a very similar environment and will support and assist the team with administrative duties.
Job Duties
Meet and greet Clients face to face- offering and making hot and cold beverages.Answering phone calls to deal with any queries or transferring to the relevant team member.Typing from dictationTyping up manuscript amendmentsDealing/taking post on a daily basisOpening and closing files on in house systemSending out emails for; updates, chasing and notificationsAssist in opening and closing the branch.
Essential
Previous experience working as a legal Secretary/ AssistantProfessional and friendly approachExcellent telephone mannerSelf-MotivatedTeam player
