An opportunity has arisen to join their Commercial Division for an experienced Legal Secretary, a department where team members are passionate and driven, offering a 5-star client service. The role will keep you busy, certainly, but if you enjoy working with likeminded people, in a fast paced, proactive environment which will allow you to utilise your expertise as a Legal Secretary to the fullest, then this role may be just for you.

For this full-time, permanent position the salary offered for this role is circa £25,000K-£27,000K, depending on experience and is based in their Worcester office, working 8.30am-5.30pm. 100% office based. Other great benefits are included that we’d be more than happy to tell you about.

Role responsibilities

• Provide a first-class secretarial service to the Partners and Fee Earners within the team working closely with the Head of Team/Equity Partner
• Be responsible for the management of the file opening process
• Report creation
• Drafting internal and external documents and correspondence
• Be the first point of contact for client queries or requests through to satisfactory completion
• Prepare and assist with financial transactions

What we require from you

• Previous Legal Secretarial experience would be ideal, but your experience will be reflected in the salary offered
• Highly competent knowledge of IT systems and packages where you’re confident in your IT abilities and quick to 'pick up’ new IT systems
• Audio typing
• Proactive, assertive and detail orientated
