We have a fantastic opportunity for an inexperienced and/or experienced Legal Secretary to join our clients' Dispute Resolution and Private Client Department in Bradford. As part of a supportive and dynamic team, you will have the chance to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, answering telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively with the two earners to ensure that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, with a high level of grammar and spelling, to ensure all documents and communications are of the highest quality.
- Ensure all files are opened and closed in accordance with Money laundering policies.
- Book meeting rooms and make other necessary arrangements for meetings.
- Assist with billing and invoicing.
- Provide audio and copy typing services to the two earners and other members of the department as needed.
- Draw on your administrative experience to manage a variety of other tasks that may arise.
