Our client is seeking a part-time Legal Secretary to join their Employment and Corporate team in Sevenoaks working Wednesday - Friday.
You will be responsible for;
- Collaborate with fee earners to produce documentation that meets client expectations and deadlines
- Proofread all work to ensure accuracy.
- Manage fee earners' diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
- Perform general PA duties, including booking restaurants and accommodations.
- Prepare narratives and bills, maintaining up-to-date billing files.
- Process expense claims and payment requisitions.
- Maintain and update client contact details in our database.
- Keep electronic and paper-based filing systems current.
- Respond professionally to telephone enquiries.
- Support the secretarial team and provide cover as needed.

- Proven proactive administration experience.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanour.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
- Flexible and capable of managing new tasks at a fast pace.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge positive client relationships.
- Ability to work seamlessly with colleagues across different offices.
