A respected law firm in Dartford is seeking a meticulous and experienced Legal Secretary to support their Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will be adept at using the Land Registry portal for obtaining essential documentation and conducting searches. Additionally, the role requires effective client and third-party liaison to address queries and provide updates.Candidates should possess proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a Commercial Property setting, although those with Residential Property experience are also encouraged to apply. A high level of proficiency in IT and experience with legal case management systems, particularly Visual Files, is essential.
