Salary TN Recruits Law are currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Legal Secretary to join their Residential Property and Conveyancing team!.
This is a highly prestigious, progressive firm with an outstanding reputation, based in fantastic offices in the heart of historic Tunbridge Wells.
Their friendly and successful team are seeking a talented Legal Secretary to support them. You should have prior residential and conveyancing experience with a full understanding of the process to completion, along with a proactive, positive approach.
If you are a Member of CILEX, or an LPC graduate, that would be advantageous, however not essential to the role.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
* General Legal Secretarial duties, working within a team of secretaries, supporting specific fee earners.
* Telephone calls and emails.
* Dealing with clients and 3 parties.
* Audio dictation on first come, first serve basis.
* Files scanning.
* Undertaking of searches.

Salary: Competitive DOE with company bonus scheme
Hours: 9.15am - 5.30pm (1hour 15 for lunch)
