Legal Secretary - Residential Property / Conveyancing - Tunbridge Wells - up to £27,000 DOE

This is a fabulous opening for an experienced and efficient Legal Secretary to join this well respected and successful law firm, located in the heart of Tunbridge Wells!
This role will be based within their Residential Property / Conveyancing team. They are seeking a friendly and proactive person with solid Conveyancing Legal Secretarial experience, who is able to 'hit the ground running' in supporting their active team of Fee Earners, assisting in their day-to-day work, with an efficient secretarial and administrative service.
You will be working largely on a 1-2-1 basis with a Fee Earner within the team, covering general duties such as; document and correspondence preparation, audio dictation and typing, file administration, arranging of appointments and provision of support to the wider team for absences.
You will also assist with a range of property duties, including; submitting search requests and ordering of documents and applications for transfers and mortgages via Land Registry. Drafting and sending of Sales contracts, assisting with post exchange formalities and day of completion and post completion matters.

Salary: £21,000 - £27,000 DOE
21 days annual leave + BH's + Xmas Eve off. Discretionary Bonus scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme, Life Insurance, Contribution to Legal Fees after 1 year, EAP.
Hours: 9am - 5:15pm Monday to Friday
Location: Tunbridge Wells (parking available)
