Key Requirements:
* Essential experience in Commercial Property is required at this stage. Whilst you may not have a law degree, you will need a secretarial background and a keen interest in pursuing a paralegal role
* A deep understanding of leases in the Commercial Property sector is a must-have.
Responsibilities:
* Working alongside 2 fee earners, providing crucial support in their day-to-day operations.
* Proficient handling of audio dictation to transcribe legal documents accurately.
* Effective diary management to ensure smooth scheduling and organisation.
* Direct liaison with clients, offering exceptional service and support.
* General secretarial duties to assist the team as needed.
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: Up to £27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:15pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
