Excellent opportunity for a diligent and proactive Legal Secretary, who is a real team-player to join this innovative, award winning law firm!
They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide key support to their highly active and successful Commercial Property team. The ideal candidate will ideally have prior exposure within Commercial Property Law, however they are also open to Residential Conveyancing experience. You will have fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, along with outstanding typing ability. You will be self-motivated and organised and have a positive, adaptable approach.
The Legal Secretary role is a fully office based position and you will support with a wide range of duties, including client correspondence and enquiries, document preparation, Audio Dictation and typing, opening and closing of files and file management, assisting with property searches, arranging of appointments and diary management and archiving etc.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 DOE
