Commercial Property Legal Secretary.

Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with Commercial Property matters
- Audio dictation
- Opening and closing files
- Handling stamp duty land tax calculations and submissions
- Liaising with clients and estate agents
- Document production, including lease extensions and deeds
- Ordering searches and document copies from Companies House
- Coordinating partners' diaries
Additional Details:- Location: Ashford
- Salary Range: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Benefits: 20+ bank holidays plus Christmas closure, private medical insurance after probation
