Maximus Solutions Ltd is a new and exciting Recruitment Start up and is proud to offer this Vacancy.

We are looking for Recruitment Consultants with a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in the role. You will be responsible for running your own desk, winning exciting new contracts, sourcing top candidates and being fee delivery responsible.

You will work to agreed Annual Targets and we in turn will offer you a very competitive basic salary and a very rewarding commission Structure. Also a monitored and developed career with regular mentoring to improve and grow.

Maximus Solutions Ltd is in its 2nd year of trading from start up last year and looking to grow 100% year on year. This is an exciting time to join Maximus as you will play a crucial part in developing the business and this could lead to you becoming the Management team of the future.

Maximus Solutions Ltd specialises in construction and works in Trades and Labour, Mechanical and Electrical and Senior Management perm and temp.

We have ambitions to grow and have clear growth plans for the future.

Basic Salary will range between £23,000 and £35,000 depending upon experience. Car Allowance, company Laptop and Mobile Phone. Uncapped Earnings potential!!!!!

At Maximus Solutions we also have a flexible attitude to work with home working days available.
