Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in within the recruitment sector, with a deep understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for various roles.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
* Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the permanents division.
* Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
* Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
