Commercial PropertyLegal Secretary, Sevenoaks - £26k+ Plus Benefits
An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Commercial PropertyLegal Secretary to join Our client, a prestigious law firm renowned for excellence in client care across Kent and the Southeast. They are currently seeking a talented individual to contribute to their prestigious Commercial Property department.
This role offers a diverse and fast-paced environment in a supportive team setting.
Responsibilities:
Assist Partners and fee earners with various tasks, including typing, proofreading, and document formatting
Handle communication with clients via phone and email, ensuring accurate message delivery
Manage office tasks, including; printing, scanning, and photocopying
Assist with Land Registry applications, drafting forms, and handling post-completion formalities
Summarise leases and deeds, schedule documents, and liaise with lenders and local authorities
Draft letters to clients, HMRC, HMLR, and solicitors
Handle file opening, closure, and retrieval from storage
Provide additional support as needed, including reception duties and diary management
