Role Overview:As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, document preparation, and client communication. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Diary Management: Maintain calendars for attorneys, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
- Client Interaction: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients professionally and promptly.
- File Maintenance: Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in family law.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and attorneys.
