SalaryThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading law firm in Dartford on a permanent basis.
In this busy role you will be providing secretarial and administrative support to the Partner and fee earners, liaising with clients and ensuring the smooth running of the Commercial Property department.
Duties include:-
- Audio typing (dictation)
- Copy typing
- Client contact - updating clients and dealing with enquiries
- Producing quotes
- Opening and closing files
- Producing SDLT Forms
- Land Registry Forms - AP1s, TR1, ST5, RX1, FR1 etc
To be successful in this role is it essential you have recent commercial property experience, you are comfortable speaking to a wide range of clients and you have outstanding attention to detail.
Monday to Friday, working 22.5 hours which can be 3 full days or spread over 5 days.
