Part-Time / Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday

Our client is a well-established legal firm, offering a wide range of services to both business and private clients.

The Role:

As a Legal Secretaryin a Conveyancing / Commercial Property department, you will play a pivotal role in transcribing recordings using digital dictation software.

Responsibilities:

• Managing incoming calls and message handling.
• Coordinating with clients and external parties.
• Conducting various searches and registrations.
• Organising file opening and archiving.
• Maintaining diary schedules.

Requirements:

• Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Legal Secretary in a similar role.
• Ideally you wll have experience in conveyancing or commercial property department.
• Skilled in digital dictation.
• Strong word-processing and audio typing abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
