Remote working opportunity for a Part Time Legal Secretary with extensive Conveyancing experience to work for a Property Solicitor who is based in Richmond Surrey. The successful candidate must be able when required to commute to Richmond Surrey to meet with the Solicitor.
All equipment will be supplied

Pension Scheme
The hours for this position will be 16 hours per week and the Legal Secretary must be flexible between the hours of 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday to cover the work load as required, any additional hours will be paid at overtime.
The duties for the position of Legal Secretary will include:
- Audio typing mainly with some copy
- Posting and emailing documents to other offices and clients
- Amending conveyancing contracts
- Completing the Standard Land Registry Documents such as TR1 and TP1
- Undertaking Land registry and local authority searches
- Assisting with the conveyancing process
- Document management
- Chasing clients and other solicitors for updates.
- Other tasks as required
Experience required to be successful with the position of Legal Secretary you will have:
- Extensive Conveyancing experience
- Previous Audio experience
- Good Word and Outlook, Excel is an advantage but not essential
