This first-class law firm is looking for a Legal Secretary / Legal Administrator to join its busy Property / Plot Sales team in Birmingham (Salary up to £30,000). You will be working as part of a friendly legal support team within the Real Estate department. Duties of the role will involve:
- Managing a busy inbox
- Opening and closing files
- Dealing with correspondence and queries
- Drafting and amending legal documents
- Arranging meetings and Diary Management booking conference rooms
- Client care, answering queries
- General administration
Legal Secretary / Administration experience within Real Estate / Property is essential, in addition to good communication and IT skills. Plot Sales experience is also desired for this role. Unfortunately this role is not suitable for recent Law or LPC graduates.
