SalaryHoneycomb is partnering with one of the largest independent legal firms in the search for a Legal Secretary, based in Belfast City Centre. This role is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week offering hybrid working.
Your Package/Benefits:
- Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm
- Holidays - 20 days plus 13 stats, going up to 22 days after 2 years and 25 days after 5 years

What would a typical day look like for you?
- Supporting on all fee earner duties – documentation, e-filing, and general administration
- Providing Partner level support on diary planning, booking meetings, emails and travel expenses
- Internal and external relationship management
- Researching and summarising legal information
- Transcribing on digital dictation
- Preparing legal documents
- Providing billing support
You;
- Hold at least 1 years experience in a similar role – preferably within legal
- Enjoy working in a fast paced professional services environment
- Are diligent, with strong attention to detail and a driven mentality
