Our client is a prestigious Law Firm based in North West London dealing with high profile clients. We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Conveyancing Secretary to support one of the Senior Partners to ensure the smooth running of the day to day work schedule.
This role offers a good salary package and other benefits.
Duties will include;
* Working for Senior Partner in all aspects of residential conveyancing
* Filing stamp duty returns at HMRC, including commercial property and leases
* Preparing Transfers and AP1/RX1/DS1s, removing notices and restrictions from title
* Preparing security documentation/solicitors certificates of advice, ILA etc
* Applications at the Land Registry - OS1/OS2s, bankruptcy and SIM searches
* Preparing invoices/completion statements and billing
* Ordering searches
* Sending out letters and emails to solicitors/lenders
* General secretarial support
This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal PA with a conveyancing background seeking a local opportunity. The offices are easily accessible by public transport and are within walking distance of local amenities. This is a full time, office based role.
