I am currently looking for a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to join a well-established and reputable law firm in Crawley.
This position is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment and has the desire to develop their administrative skills. We are looking for motivated individuals who have passion for providing a high standard of service.
Location: Crawley - Office BasedHours: Mon - Fri 08.30-17.00/09.00-17.30 (No weekends)Salary: £24-28,000 (depending on experience)
The role:Duties and responsibilities: Assisting the Fee Earner with file opening and pre-contract work Dealing with post completion formalities and duties Manage post contact work Being point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements when needed Preparing correspondence and documents through typing/digital dictation Receiving telephone calls from clients and colleagues Anticipating the team needs where possible. Preparing correspondence, emails, and other documents and forms as required General filing, scanning and maintenance of client files Maintenance of precedent files
Experience required: 1.5 - 2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary Highly motivated and able to work under pressure Strong administration experience IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, Zoom, etc. Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work Strong communication and organisation skills.This is the ideal role for someone wanting to build a great career with a fantastic firm!
