Legal Secretary (Family)

My Client a Law firm based in St Albans is looking for a Legal Secretary/Assistant for their Family and Care Department.

Interviewing immediately

Salary DOE

Full time in the office 9 - 5pm and consists of administrative and secretarial support to include:
Typing;
Hard and soft copy filing and processing of correspondence and forms;
Preparing hard and soft copy bundles;
Organising diaries;
Assisting with billing; and
Dealing with matters arising on files as necessary.

There is regular contact with a wide range of clients and professionals and their work covers both privately-funded and Legal Aid work.

The successful applicant will:
- be an experienced Family Law PA or Paralegal;
- be able to work independently where necessary;
- be a confident communicator, able to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues;
- be enthusiastic, dedicated and flexible; and
- be focussed on delivering a high quality and timely service to clients.
