This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm as a Float Legal Secretary in Bradford. You will support various legal departments across the firm so would be well suited to someone who enjoys a change and learning new areas. Duties to include:
- Providing secretarial support to Commercial & Residential Property, Wills & Probate, Personal Injury and Family departments
- Audio typing
- Preparation of and completing forms
- Filing, archiving, photocopying and scanning
- Reception cover when required including meeting and greeting clients
You should have previous experience as a Legal Secretary and be happy to get involved with different departments. Training can be provided within areas that are unfamiliar. You must have experience with audio typing.
