Are you a secretary looking for a new opportunity within a family company? Our client is looking for someone to join their team as a secretary to support all day-to-day operations
This role would be suited to someone with great secretarial experience, strong attention to detail, computer literacy and a confident telephone manner.
Duties:
- Typing documents for example letters, forms, and invoices
- Database management, maintaining all notes on the database, using the company software.
- Inbound and outbound calls to clients
- Collation of documents for meetings
- General administration, scanning, sorting, and filing.
- File management
- Diary management - arranging appointments and consultations.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential
- Experience in the Family Law Sector is extremely advantageous
- Great telephone manner
- Computer literate , use of Microsoft packages is advantageous
- Ability to type with accuracy and speed
- Previous office experience and typing of correspondence
