R13 Recruitment are currently working alongside a growing local law firm in their search for a Legal Secretary to join their Norwich-based team. You will be providing essential and comprehensive support to the conveyancing team, ensuring the department is operating efficiently.
This is a full time, permanent role working from their Halesworth office, and is offering a competitive salary depending on experience.

The day to day
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing team, ensure documentation and records are accurately kept up to date.
- Assisting with the production of legal documentation, contracts, and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines.
- Liasing with clients, ensuring exceptional service is being delivered at all times.
- Helping with any other ad hoc duties, as required.
You will have/be
- Previous legal experience, ideally within conveyancing.
- Proactive and adaptable approach, and ability to under own initiative, as well as within a wider team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional client service.
- Strong IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
