Duties:
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders via email, phone and post
- Digital and copy typing
- All administration to support busy solicitors and wider firm if required
- Working pro-actively to meet deadlines
- Collating information for case bundles
- Diary management
Criteria:
- Fast and accurate typing.
- Ability to draft non legal correspondence.
- Ability to manage and organise large volumes of documents.
- Confident in use of email and other systems in daily work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, bundle docs and drop box advantageous
