Legal Secretary to join their
Private Client team based in Herne Bat. The company pride themselves on a low staff turnover, so this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join the team! You'd be working in a close-knit team, in a really lovely office environment. The Secretaries all work closely together - whilst you'll often work 1-2-1 with your Fee Earner, you'll also be able to help one another out.
Job Title: Legal Secretary - Private ClientLocation: Herne Bay, Kent
Salary Range: Up to £24,000 depending on experience
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days for the first 2 years, increasing to 22 days in the third year, and then yearly increments up to 25+ bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:- Provide secretarial and admin support to fee earners
- Arrange appointments and manage diaries
- Deal with client enquiries
- Respond to client queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Prepare correspondence and documents through audio dictations
- Undertake general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and file management
- Answer calls and greet clients with a welcoming demeanour
- Liaise with fee earners on file management and other tasks as required
Requirements:- Legal Secretary experience ideally within Private Client
- Proficient in audio dictation and document preparation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
