My client, a well-established and highly regarded law firm, are recruiting for a Legal Secretary on a full-time or part-time basis, to join their friendly and supportive Private Client in the beautiful Winchester office. Within the role you will be responsible for:

• Taking all new enquiry calls.
• Liaising as necessary (by phone/email) with clients, court staff, barristers' chambers, solicitors. Meeting clients in person when necessary.
• Setting up new files for new/returning clients.
• Managing diary - arranging meetings with clients, preparing all necessary documentation printed prior to meetings.
• Digital dictation.
• Preparation of letters, court and other documents, emails, spreadsheets.
• Drafting of all bills.
• Archiving files at the conclusion of matters.
• As well as specific legal duties in accordance with the area of law

Skills and experience required:

To be considered you will need to have experience working as a Legal Secretary, experience in Private Client would be welcome but is not essential as training can be given.
