Legal Secretary - Real Estate
TSR Legal are working with a Legal 500 full-service law firm who now have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate department.
Key responsibilities:
- Diary management, appointment, meeting room bookings, teams meetings
- First point of contact for new clients
- File administration - file opening including all aspects of file maintenance, file closures, archiving and will storage
- Billing and accounts administration
- Business development administration such as logging and analysing enquiries
- Systems and procedure use and compliance - maintaining an up to date knowledge
- To act as a witness for will signings & deal with colleagues
The firm are looking for a candidate with excellent administrative skills, highly organised and demonstrates a proactive approach. The successful candidates will need good compliance knowledge therefore familiarity with anti-money laundering requirements as well as previous experience of working within Private Wealth & Inheritance. The firm are also happy to look at Legal Secretaries with experience in other areas of law for this position.
