Role Overview: As a Legal Secretary Trainee, you will embark on a journey to learn and grow within the legal profession. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in various areas of law, including but not limited to, litigation and corporate law, law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to legal professionals, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organising files.
- Assist with legal research and document preparation.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
- Complete tasks efficiently and accurately within designated timeframes.
Requirements:
- Recent college graduate with a keen interest in pursuing a career in law.
- Ideally possess a CILEx or similar secretarial qualification.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
