This is a full-time role (36.25 hours per week) with consideration given to part time and flexible working patterns, allowing some opportunity for 1 to 2 days per week working from home, following initial training.
You will ideally have experience in employment and litigation, with flexibility to cover other areas as required.
In addition to occasional general office administrative duties, including post management, stationery orders, visitor lunch requirements and absence cover, you will be:
- Greeting visitors
- Corresponding via email, letter and telephone with other law firms and clients
- Preparing client documents and opening/closing files on the practice management system
- Preparing prescribed forms, invoices and documentation and photocopying
- Creating paying in slips and requisitioning payments
- Conducting media checks, AML searches and obtaining ID
