One Step Recruitment are working with a top solicitor firm to look for a Legal Secretary to join our team. Working over 6 offices in the South West covering all absences in a permanent position.
An ideal candidate would need:
- Experience in audiotyping
- Strong ability to work in a team, working efficiently and effectively
- Admirable written skills.
- Clear communication skills
Legal Secretaryduties will include:
- Produce forms and other documents as required with acceptable levels of speed and accuracy
- Provide effective communications to the Conveyancers
- Manage routine client telephone enquiries, to retain all information required
- providing excellent customer service to new and repeat clients, acting as first point of contact for enquiries

You will be working 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The Salary banding will be between £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
