This role brings the chance to work in a modern, large corporate firm in the heart of Aberdeen, supporting one of their biggest departments.
You'll benefit from hybrid working, annual appraisals and pay reviews, annual company wide bonuses (this year 6%) as well as annual performance related bonuses (up to 10%). Meaning your annual earnings range between £30k - £44k depending on performance.
£28,500 - £33,000 basic salary, full time M-F
In this role you'll support fee earners on the secretarial side as well as diary management and PA duties for the senior partners.
Things you'll do on a day to day basis:
- Drafting letters, emails and preparing documents on behalf of fee earners
- Proof-reading documents
- Digital dictation using windscribe
- Diary management
- Updating internal databases and ensuring compliance across client records
- Booking rooms for meetings
- Setting up new client files
- Inbox management
- Invoicing
- Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to
To be selected for the next stage you will bring with you:
- Legal secretary experience, ideally over 3 years due to the pace of this department
- High attention to detail
- Diary management experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Audio typing skills
