Our client based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday - Friday 8.45am-5.15pm to work across a number of different departments
Responsibilities
As Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for:-
- Preparing documentation
- Amending documents, contracts, agreements and letters
- Diary management
- Dealing with emails
- Dealing with client calls and visitors
- Preparing files for archive
- Digital dictation
- Supporting admin duties
- Covering for colleagues during holiday / absence.
Skills required
To be considered for this Legal Secretary post you will have:-
- Accurate typing skills
- Will have used digital dictation
- Will be an experienced Legal Secretary
- Have strong organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- You will thrive working under pressure and as part of growing team.
