Job Title: Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: 22,000 - 25,000 DOE
We are currently seeking a diligent and organised Legal Secretary/Personal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal professionals while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Assist lawyers and paralegals with administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing calendars
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements for attorneys and clients
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail
- Maintain and organise electronic and physical files in accordance with firm procedures
- Answer phone calls and greet clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Take dictation as and when required
- Make appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining an up to date diary
- Attend to clients in person and over the phone
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or administrative assistant in a law firm setting is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and legal software
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
