The aim of this role is to provide in-office support to the firm.
You will be expected to carry out a wide range of tasks including;• Printing and Scanning
• PDF conversions
• Document Engrossments
• Digital Site Support
• Managing our file archive and retrieval process
• Booking travel
• Processing expenses
• Preparing billing schedules
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
Experience using Microsoft packages
