The Vacancy
Condor ALS is seeking a client-facing, detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the primary support contact and subject matter expert for our bespoke, industry-leading Data extraction and clause management software (Liberty).
Working with both internal and external clients, the successful candidate will need problem solving skills, data management skills and strong organisational skills to design, deliver and support successful engagements. This position offers a unique opportunity for an individual with a passion for Legal Technology aligned with a passion for delivering fantastic customer outcomes.
A bit about the role
Client Services:
- Provide clients with support on the platform including setting up users, administering passwords and resolving general queries
- Design reports to deliver enhanced value from the system to clients
- Deliver training to clients to ensure they get the greatest benefit from our platforms
- Regularly review all client instances for data hygiene and usability
Project Delivery:
- Build Data extraction models for relevant agreement types in collaboration with clients
- Load files into the platform and review extracted data fields
- Produce reports for clients and partners to review information in the platform
Product Development:
- Work closely with the development team to enhance and customize software functionalities
- Assist in the design and deployment of true AI functionality across all client instances
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Legal Technology
A bit about you
- Experience of working with legal agreements in some capacity, as well as having client facing experience
- Exposure of working with Legal Technology platforms and Generative AI tools
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- A keen willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- University degree preferred
