Job Title: Legionella Plumber.
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £24k - £38k + Training + Benefits
Our client is an industry leading Water Hygiene / Legionella company who are now seeking to take on a qualified and diligent Plumber. You will be joining their team in the South of England, performing various duties e.g. deadleg removals, rerouting pipework, expansion valve installation and conducting cylinder installations if G3 ticket is held. You will be working on Educational, Healthcare, Industrial and Public sector sites ensuring work is carried out in line with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines. This is an excellent role for someone looking to join a resolute team with a family feel, where the company prides itself on training their employees to high standards, offering excellent scope for training.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding an industry relevant qualification is essential to the role e.g., City & Guilds / NVQ L2 or higher in Plumbing.
" Will have experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Fully conversant with HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Holding the G3 unvented would be beneficial to the role.
" Excellent communication skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out fault finding across Educational, Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure, and Public Sector sites, ensuring that any issues are rectified in a timely manner.
" Deadleg removals.
" Removal and rerouting of pipework (Copper & PCV)
" Conducting checks on plumbing work, signing off upon completion.
" Carrying out expansion valve installation.
" Undertaking CWST refurbishment and installations.,
" Working in line with ACoP L8 / HSG 274 guidelines.
" Producing detailed reports for clients based off site findings.
" Carrying out cylinder installations (if G3 unvented certificate is held)
