The Spa Host/Leisure Assistant role involves a range of duties, including:
• To welcome all guests & members entering and leaving the leisure club and beauty rooms
• To understand the Hotel leisure and beauty facilities
• To promote and up-sell all the leisure and beauty facilities
• To ensure prompt answering of the telephone
• To relay information as and when necessary to other departments
• Deal with guest and member enquiries and be as helpful as possible
• To be friendly and courteous to staff, management and guests at all times
• To be responsible for opening and closing the club
• To be responsible for the Leisure Health and safety procedures
• To keep all areas of the spa clean and tidy at all time

Previous experience
Would be an advantage:
• Pool attendant/lifeguard trained
• Pool plant trained to complete Pool testing
• First Aid trained

To possess a NVQ in Beauty or fitness or have a willingness to complete one as the role is seen as a career move and not just a job
