Pertemps are supporting a financial company who are is seeking four motivated and energetic candidates for the position of Lending Administrator on a temporary basis with the potential of going permanent. This position is fully remote.Key ResponsibilitiesReviewing loan applications and ensuring that they meet the company's underwriting criteriaVerifying borrower information and documentation, including employment, income and identityAssessing the borrower's creditworthiness and ability to repay the loanDetermining the appropriate loan amount and repayment terms based on the borrower's financial situation and credit historyMaking recommendations to the underwriting team regarding loan approvals or denialsEnsuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to lending, including responsible lending practices and consumer protection lawsCollaborating with other members of the lending team to continuously improve the underwriting process and streamline operationsRecord customer information and communication accurately on the systemRespond to all emails in a timely and appropriate mannerPerform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support all departments within the companyEssential Skills and ExperienceExcellent verbal communication skillsExperience in customer serviceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work well under pressureEagerness to learnHardworking with great attention to detailsDesirable Skills and ExperienceExperience in working for financial institutionsExperience in customer communication over the phoneDealing with the customers from UKPrevious experience in credit or banking will be an advantageIf you are interested please click apply!
