Are you an experienced and passionate HR professional looking for a new challenge? My client is a dynamic and ambitious e-commerce business based in Carlise, Cumbria. They are looking for an HR Advisor to join them and provide a comprehensive and proactive HR service to their employees and managers. This role can work on either a full-time or part-time basis and offers a flexible, hybrid working patter as well as a friendly and supportive work environment.
Your new role
As an HR advisor, you will provide a comprehensive and proactive HR service and be the heart of the business during a period of transformational change. As a stand-alone HR Advisor, reporting to the Managing Directors, you will use your creativity and innovative approach in an environment that encourages fresh ideas. You will be able to make a real difference and contribute to a business which is enjoying year-on-year growth. Responsibilities will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, coaching and advising, training and development, policies and procedures and HR administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and work on exciting projects to enhance the business\'s people strategy.
