We are delighted to be partnering with a truly amazing and rewarding organisation in Penrith, Cumbria, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their fabulous HR team.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to GBP35,000. Work-life balance is incredibly important, therefore they offer Hybrid Working of 2 days in the office per week and 3 days working from home to offer you that flexibility.
There may be requirements to travel to other sites across Cumbria, which would be fully expensed, however this would be included in your 2 days.

The Role:
- Work closely with managers across the organisation to advise and coach them on a range of ER issues.
- Manage an ER caseload of 5-15 cases at any one time.
- Escalating complex ER cases to the HR Business Partner.
- Take ownership of HR data and metrics, tracking activity and trends and relaying to the HR Business Partner.
- Providing training sessions for managers to support them in managing lower level ER cases independently.
- Support the HR Business Partner with any HR projects such as engagement, change initiatives and OD.
Requirements:
- Experience of working as a HR Advisor or a HR Generalist
- Experience of managing ER cases from start to finish.
- Good stakeholder management experience.
- Good employment law knowledge.
- A real 'team player' with a passion for HR.
- A drive to work autonomously and can provide advice and guidance confidently.
