Job Title:HR Advisor – People Facing

What you’ll be doing:
- Be actively involved in and support the delivery of the HR business plan under the direction of HR Manager/Senior HR Advisor
- Providing advice and guidance to customer areas on the interpretation and application of employment legislation and HR/Employment policies ensuring compliance whilst facilitating the delivery of business objectives
- Actively contributing and where appropriate, leading ad hoc HR projects in support of the business objectives
- Continually seek opportunities for productivity improvement, cost improvement, cost reduction and waste elimination, facilitating a proactive approach in all aspects of HR Service Delivery
- Ensuring HR Strategies support the delivery of business performance and vision
- Maintaining a detailed understanding of business strategy and common objectives
- Supporting line manager capability uplift, facilitating and supporting people managers in execution of people initiatives
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Be an effective communicator and have experience working in a team
- Have a proactive approach to communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in a HR Generalist environment
- Possess a good understanding of business and relationship management in managing people issues
- Ability to influence and ensure development of solutions through effective negotiation
- Demonstrate a track record in delivery of HR services
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Packages
- Take responsibility for own continued professional development
Desirable
- Experience of operating successfully in a manufacturing or project based organisation
- Awareness of cost & commercial aspects of the business
- Excellent organisational skills
- Graduate CIPD Qualified/ Degree Qualified level 5 or equivalent or working towards

The HR People Facing team:
As an HR Advisor working within the HR function, you will have the opportunity to work in a business facing role. You will work with a range of different stakeholders, at different levels and across different programmes. You will gain great exposure of our people and business strategies.
You will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects and provide specialist support throughout the business, sharing your knowledge and best practice along the way.
This role will offer you the ability to grow your career and provides a great platform to gain experience across a multitude of projects.
