Senior Finance Business Partner – Loughborough 

£strong salary offering | Pension equivalent contribution c20% | Hybrid Working (3 days office, 2 home) | 44 days annual leave including bank holidays. 30 days flexible to choose from, 8 bank holidays, & 6 university closure days.

The Role:

 Development and management of budget holder relationships with senior stakeholders playing a key role in delivering on the strategic plan.

 Monitoring and reporting on the financial position of the department ensuring strong analytical delivery and budget management

 Reporting, analysis and presentation delivery to senior stakeholders

 Attend key meetings as the finance subject matter expert.

 Partner with the FP&A team to drive budgeting and forecasting processes.

 Line management of 1 Finance Business Partner including day-to-day management, PDR and probation review

 Drive strategic and operational management processes in-line with the university's long-term plans.

Requirements:

 CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified with substantial commercial accounting experience.
